Peking, June 3, 1910. I HAVE received a letter from some revolutionary individual [? or] society warning me of an impending move against the Manchu dynasty, and requesting me
to warn my countrymen to abstain from interference.
A similar letter has been sent to all the other legations. I am bringing it to the notice of the Wai-wu Pu.
